Technology is the greatest equalizer of the 21st century and without Women in Technology, there is no such equality.

Shelly Kapoor Collins is founding partner of the Shatter Fund, a Venture Capital company with headquarters in Denville, California, that invests in technology companies led and started by women.

Before starting her venture capital firm in 2017, Collins worked for 10 years at Oracle and in politics, where she served as tech advisor to Barack Obama during the 2012 presidential campaign, and was vice president of the Women in Public Service Project of the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Shatter Fund has already invested in some companies including Glamsquad, an on-demand beauty and personal care services company (https://www.glamsquad.com/ ) and Urbansitter, an on-line babysitting booking platform (https://lnkd.in/ec43ZNc).
